The product I report on is called COVERGIRL OUTLAST double lipshine. Last weekend, I found out that my favorite lip gloss has been discontinued. Needless to say, I was really bummed! It seems like almost every time I find something I really like, they stop making it. Anyway, as I walking through the cosmetic section at CVS Pharmacy, the COVERGIRL OUTLAST commercial came to mind. Honestly, I was curious to see if the lip gloss really lasted up to ten hours before I had to reapply. Afterall, the slogan reads, "Meet the dynamic duo of shine! One side delivers opalescent color with serious staying power, the other lays on a liquid gloss, for shimmering color that lasts up to 10 hours. To my surprise, what COVERGIRL claims is true. The lip gloss works so well, that I had to rub it off with a damp wash cloth. Also, what I really like about this product is that there are 20 different shades to choose from. If you go on to COVERGIRL's website, there is a link where you can get "color matched." In other words, you choose your hair color, eye color, and closest skin tone match, and the colors within your wardrobe; then it tells you which gloss shades best suit you. The only downside is that you have to set up a COVERGIRL account to view your results. I did not feel like remembering another password. Therefore, I did not set one up. As previously stated, the gloss comes in 20 various shades: Tutu, Power Pink, Party Pink, Rose Quartz, Antique Rose, Mega watt Mauve, Mauveberry, Plum Pearl, Berries & Cream, Berry Blast, Spring Wine, Cabernet, Carat Ruby, Candy Apple, Coral Shimmer, Sheerly Nude, Glowing, Sahara, Sleek Suede, and Bronze Goddess. I find the titles of the different shades quite interesting. They are pink and dainty; and every woman aspires to be a "Bronze Goddess," while eating her "Candy Apple" as she wears her "Power Pink" "Tutu."
